Fitness@Home offers fully personalised training programmes based around your lifestyle and environment.

You can enjoy varied and effective sessions in the comfort of your own home or outside space, either in person with all equipment provided, or online.

You will also be given tailored support between sessions to meet your fitness goals.

I’m Jo, a Personal Trainer with experience of delivering safe, effective and results-driven programmes to clients with a wide range of fitness goals.

My programmes cover:

  • Injury and long-term conditions 

  • Ante/post-natal exercise

  • Nutrition coaching

My qualifications include:

  • Level 3 Personal Training 

  • Level 3 Ante & Post Natal Exercise

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Nutrition Coach

  • Leadership in Running Fitness, England Athletics

  • Les Mills certified instructor (BodyBalance, Core and Shapes)

  • Member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA)
