You will benefit from a reduction in the price per session when you book one of the larger packages.

Your journey will begin with a consultation to discuss your goals, assess your training space and plan your personalised programme. Each session is 60 minutes and you can use them flexibly, depending on how often you would like to train. Contact me to discuss customising one of the above packages to your individual needs.

The session cost includes:

  • All equipment brought to you*

  • A fully personalised programme

  • Goal setting and progress tracking 

  • Support between sessions including home programmes, advice and information

 

​*We can use your own equipment if you choose to train online.
